Judo Thuis Trainen u10 u12 oefeningen week 7
In week 7 gaan we verder met de judo oefeningen van vorige week, maar nu komt er steeds iets bij. De oefeningen zijn: rennen en fietsen, plank met strek, indraai met werp, hink met haak, o-uchi-gari met push-up en soepbordstand met polstwist.
Week 7 in the series ‘Judotraining at home for judoplayers u10 and u12. The exercises of week 6 have new variations. The exercises are ‘running and cycling’ , plank with stretch, turn and throw, o-soto-gari hop, o-uchi-gari push-up and wallsquat with wrist-twist
