Na het circuit van week 5 starten we in week 6 weer met een nieuw blok, met ook allemaal nieuwe oefeningen: zijwaartse plank, slambal, stofzuigers, bandhinkelen, grote binnenwaartse haak en de soepbordstand met knijpen. En… wat gebeurt er aan het einde met het water van de soepbordchallenge?
Week 6 in the series ‘Judotraining at home for judoplayers u10 and u12’ is the start of part 2. In part 2, we start with a new set of exercises: side plank, slam ball, hindu push-up, belt-hop, o-uchi-gari and a very special wall squat with fingersqueeze. Do you know why you need water in the wall-squat exercise?
