Judo Thuis Trainen u10 u12 oefeningen week 9
In week 9 weer nieuwe oefeningen zoals het bergbeklimmen en kwartslag draai met veeg. Enkele oefeningen zijn een uitbreiding op vorige week!
Week 9 in the series ‘Judotraining at home for judoplayers u10 and u12. In week 9 you can execute new exercises like mountainclimbers and the feetmovement for de-ashi-barai. Some other excercises are an extension of excercises of week 8.
