In week 13 hebben we weer een mix van oefeningen voor core, voetenwerk, de-ashi-barai, morote-seoi-nage en een zware oproloefening met jouw judopak; goed voor je schouders, armen en je grip
Week 13 is a mix of exercises to improve core strength, movement, de-ashi-barai, morote-seoi-nage and an exercise for shoulders and grip. For this trainingssession, you need your belt, your kimono and a towel.
