Ouder Kind Judoles 1

I.v.m. de Corona Quarantaine kunnen we helaas niet met elkaar de mat op. Natuurlijk kun je wel met je papa of mama thuis oefenen! We hebben voor onze leden een ouder-kind judoles gegeven op 2e Paasdag op maandag 13 april om 11.00 uur en die Live uitgezonden op Judo Yushi TV!

Doe mee met deze les! De les is geschikt voor alle jeugdjudoka’s en ouders en duurt ongeveer 20 minuten.

Wat is handig om te hebben bij de les: judopak als je op judo zit, sportieve kleding voor de ouder die meedoet, een tweede judoband of iets dat er op lijkt en het liefst een zachte ondergrond (bijv. een matje, fitnessmatje, kleed o.i.d.).

We vinden het leuk om te zien dat je hebt meegedaan, dus laat iets achter in de chat of post een filmpje of foto op instagram: @judoyushi of met #judoyushi

Judo at home; training with parents

Due to the corona-quarantine it isn’t possible to train together on the mat. Fortunately it is possible to do judo at home with your dad or mom. We have created a unique parent-child judo training on Monday after Easter. The training was a live broadcast at Judo Yushi TV.
The class is suitable for all kids and parents and takes about 20 minutes! It is an interactive class, so you can view and train at the same time.

What do you need? judogi (kids), sportsoutfit (parent), an extra judobelt or something similar and something soft to lay on the ground (judomat, fitnessmat or something similar).
