Ook nu hebben we weer een nieuwe set met oefeningen voor (wedstrijd)judoka&#8217;s onder 10 en 12 jaar oud om thuis uit te voeren.<br \/>\nDeze week starten we met een warming-up oefening met reactiesnelheid erin verweven. Drie oefeningen van eerdere sets hebben we weer iets moeilijker of intensiever gemaakt. Bekijk dus goed de film en volg de aanwijzingen. Probeer alle oefeningen eerst zo goed mogelijk te doen, voordat je de intensiteit of het aantal verhoogt!<\/p>\n<p>Episode 4 during the 4th week of the Corona quarantine with exercises in the series judo at home for judoplayers u10 and u12. The warming-up has a response speed exercise. We made exercises of week 1 until 3 a little bit more difficult or more intense. Take a good look at the entire video and follow all instructions.
