Zo is er een handdoek-slide vanuit brug en een oefening met handdoek vanuit buikligging voor een balansverstoring. De hurkzitloop met schouderworp en opdrukken met beentwist hebben een vervolg. Nieuw zijn squatsprong met dribbel en voettik over de judoband.<\/p>\n<p>Week 12 is a mix of new exercises and variations on previous exercises. For two core-exercises you need a towel. We have a core exercise with a towel for a bridge and a core-exercise for kuzushi.  The shoulderthrow-walk is also back.
