Vandaar dat we een set met oefeningen hebben samengesteld, zodat je thuis fit kan blijven. Als we dan weer de mat op kunnen, dan kunnen we meteen weer &#8216;vlammen&#8217;. Natuurlijk zijn de oefeningen ook handig voor in de vakantieperiodes!<\/p>\n<p>First episode in the series Judo at Home during the corona quarantine.  Due to the coronavirus we aren&#8217;t allowed to train at the judoschool. We have put together a set exercises to stay fit at home and to develop coordination, athletic and judo skills.
